Had a good 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The room was new-fashioned, airy and with a balcony. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were available in the kitchen. The location was stunning, right by cafes, restaurants and the Scarborough beach, the Quest Scarborough, and many restaurants and cafes.
There was terribly uncomfortable bed in my room.

Clean place with super friendly staff at the reception. the room could have had a better view of the sea, but at least it came with smart TVs! 🌊

Location not far from also out of the way enough to be quieter, and a lovely Italian restaurant up Scarborough beach road. Neat room with microwave, good TV and nice modern furnishing.

Courteous staff, excellent views of the beach, everything is spotless. The setting is marvellous and beautiful, it's just off shops, beautiful Scarborough beach and all of the bars and cafes, and the Scarborough restaurants. Scarborough district is worth seeing. The rooms are neat and airy with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.

Absolutely fabulous, best hotel/apartment I've stayed at in Perth. Very modern, spacious rooms, lovely well equipped kitchen, super bathroom and a real bonus having a washing machine and dryer. Great location too. Very good security which is important for a single female traveller too. Perfect for walking on the beach and just along the road from a reasonable sized Coles supermarket which stays open until 9pm in the evening! Highly recommended for business or leisure.
I couldn't find fault. Wireless internet would have been nice, but its a minor point, the broadband worked well and the price was reasonable.

Excellent service...outstanding help from the staff and very open to feedback. The room is also fantastic with seaviews and coffee machines.
Just a few costs which one would expect for free: such as parking; Internet and extra coffee pods (though ours were given free of charge).

No hot water, not enough secure parking for all guests and they wanted to charge $7 to park in the disabled bay at the front of reception, had to use a key to get into the kids room rather than it being just one apartment.

The room and facilities are very clean and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and professional. I felt very welcome and wish I could stay longer. The bed was comfy and the room nice and quiet and dark, enabling a very good sleep. The internet was easy to use. The plunger coffee is fabulous! The best is the environment friendly philosophy. I will remember this hotel and return as and when possible. It is an awesome place.
The underground parking area and communication in terms of how it works:1. The numbering of the bays are confusing and I wasn't aware that I can park anywhere. 2. I couldn't get out of the car park as the roller door wouldn't open and I had to park against the slope, get out and pushed a button. Next time I went out though the door opened automatically on approach so I didn't have to get out. Found it very confusing and maybe it is just a communication thing to make sure people know what to do if the door is stuck.
